PrivacyWhat we collect, why, and how to make us stop.

Under legal review. This page describes how the site actually behaves; wording may still change.
What we collect
- What you send us. The contact form, the distributor application and the newsletter signup post what you type to Formspree, which forwards it to us as email — your name, company, email address, phone and whatever you wrote. The Audécious™ Tale form is different: it opens your own mail client with the text already in it, so nothing leaves your machine unless you send it.
- What your browser stores. Your age confirmation and your cookie choice, kept on your own device and never sent to us. Age confirmation lasts 30 days if you tick “remember me”, otherwise until you close the tab.
- What our host logs. IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and diagnostics. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 runs only if you allow it. Nothing is requested from Google until you do, and switching it off stops collection. It sets cookies. Advertising signals and ad personalisation stay off.
- Vimeo serves the film on the homepage and on Champions, and its player sets its own cookies. This currently happens whatever your cookie choice — putting it behind the same permission as analytics is outstanding work.
- A content delivery network serves our photographs, so that provider sees your IP address.
- Formspree receives what you submit through a form and passes it to us. It is how those forms work at all — this site has no server of its own.
- Google Workspace carries our email, which is where anything you send us actually lives.
All of these are United States services, and so are we. If you are in the EU or the UK, that means your data leaves your jurisdiction; where the law requires a transfer safeguard we rely on the standard contractual clauses in those providers’ terms.
Your choices
Change your cookie choice at any time from the link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email cheers@audecious.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information. If you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your local supervisory authority; in Canada, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Retention and security
Enquiries and distributor applications are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. No newsletter list is connected yet, so requests to join sit in the same inbox and are kept for the same period. Server logs are kept as our host sets them.
Children
This site is intended for people of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below it. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
We post updates here with a new date. Where a change affects information you have already given us, we will contact you directly.
